Privacy Policy
Resolvium is a non-custodial frontend for the Hyperliquid network. We’ve designed the Service to require no account and to collect as little personal data as possible. This policy explains what is and isn’t collected when you use the Site.
1. What we don’t collect
- We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, dates of birth, or other identity information.
- We do not require account registration. There is no “sign up”.
- We do not have access to your wallet’s private keys, seed phrases, or trading agent keys. Trading agent keys are generated in your browser and stored only in your browser’s
localStorage. - We do not custody your funds. All balances exist on the Hyperliquid chain and are controlled by your wallet alone.
2. What is collected
The Service may collect or process the following:
- Wallet address. When you connect a wallet, your public address is sent to the Hyperliquid API to fetch balances, positions, orders, and fills. This address is also visible to any other Hyperliquid frontend or block explorer.
- Trading agent address. The session-local trading agent’s public address is registered with Hyperliquid via the
approveAgentaction — the same delegation primitive Hyperliquid’s own frontend uses, with no Resolvium-specific modifications. Its private key never leaves your browser. - Builder approval record.A flag in your browser indicating that you’ve approved Resolvium’s builder fee on Hyperliquid. The on-chain approval is the source of truth; the browser flag avoids re-prompting you.
- Anonymous request logs. Standard server logs from our hosting provider (IP address, user agent, referrer, request path, timestamp) may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse prevention and operational diagnostics.
3. Third parties
Loading the Site causes your browser to communicate with the following third parties:
- Hyperliquid API and WebSocket nodes — to fetch live market data, balances, and to submit orders.
- Your wallet provider (e.g. MetaMask, Rabby) — to sign approvals and transactions when you initiate them.
- Our hosting and CDN provider — to deliver the Site to your browser.
Each of these parties processes data under its own privacy policy. Resolvium does not control their practices.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use browser localStorage (not server-side cookies) to persist your wallet preference, trading agent key, builder approval flag, and certain UI settings. We do not set tracking cookies. See our Cookies Policy for the full list.
5. On-chain data
Trades, orders, deposits, and balances on Hyperliquid are recorded on a public ledger and cannot be deleted by us, by you, or by Hyperliquid. Anyone can correlate your wallet address with your on-chain activity. If you wish to limit this exposure, consider using a dedicated wallet for prediction-market trading.
6. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
7. Changes
We’ll update this policy if our data practices change. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
